Margaret is a great realtor who is sophisticated and knowledgeable about the real estate market in Princeton, NJ. She helped steer our closing (we were buying a condo apartment in Princeton) through difficult circumstances. Our seller is outside the country and that presented unique challenges. Margaret constantly - over 2 months - helped in the process contacting both the listing agent, the seller's attorney and even our attorney. I do not think we would have this condo were it not for her. We ran into Margaret at her Princeton office (Coldwell Banker) in 2022 and that was a bit of great luck.
