Margaret is a great realtor who is sophisticated and knowledgeable about the real estate market in Princeton, NJ. She helped steer our closing (we were buying a condo apartment in Princeton) through difficult circumstances. Our seller is outside the country and that presented unique challenges. Margaret constantly - over 2 months - helped in the process contacting both the listing agent, the seller's attorney and even our attorney. I do not think we would have this condo were it not for her. We ran into Margaret at her Princeton office (Coldwell Banker) in 2022 and that was a bit of great luck. She absolutely represented our interests and did it selflessly. I cannot recommend her enough!

We stumbled upon Margaret by chance. My husband and I were in the middle of house hunting and it was extremely stressful! We saw a house in Columbus and wanted to see it right away. We were put in touch with Margaret and she was a Godsent! She guided us every step of the way. She was very resourceful and her communication with us was incredible. She always followed up, made recommendations, and checked in on us daily. She worked out a couple of issues for us and was a complete professional throughout the whole process. She was easy going and comforting and honestly, that was what we needed. After the closing, she welcomed us to the neighborhood, gave us information that we really needed, and she still remains in contact with us! A realtor can't get better than that. Fun Fact: As a young woman, I was an accomplished cross-country skier. I am also an avid Peloton® rider, with over 1450 workouts completed.
