Patty was an absolute pleasure to work with. We had told her that we couldn't make a lot of trips to Tahoe for looking at properties and so she pre-arranged everything and organized our days very well enabling us to explore several options in several different areas. She had printouts for every property already ready for us so that we could take notes as we went through different houses. She gave us lots of good information about the different areas. Not at any point did she try to pressure us into selecting a house and making an offer. We short listed a few properties and then she did a lot of additional research on them so that we could make a very well informed decision. During the escrow period Patty also helped us connect with some local contractors as we were exploring some options for putting in a new fence and other improvements.
