About Ursula

I love what I do and take it seriously, so sellers and buyers will always get my unparalleled professionalism, energy, discipline, discretion, and market knowledge, both local and global. I believe communication is one of the most important attributes in a real estate professional, along with an exceptional work ethic.  While I know Naples extremely well, to assist someone to get a feel for Naples, I do specialize in gated communities and Luxury waterfront homes in the Naples area.

 

My passion for home design and architecture has been a part of most of my adult life, with extensive experience in building custom, luxury homes, designing interiors and furniture, interior decor, lighting design, home renovations and staging...experience that only adds to outstanding Concierge service when it comes to residential real estate needs and relocations. I bring great value to my customers, by helping to fully stage a residence for today’s buyers’ discerning tastes, proving that a staged residence sells faster and at higher percentages of sales price.

 

I am originally from Slovenia, and immigrated to United States as a young child, raised by parents, who demanded a strong work ethic and education as being the key to success in this country. I later studied International Business, Marketing, French and German, and completed my Baccalauréat in French Civilization at the Sorbonne in Paris. My love of travel, made it natural for me to study different languages, and I can assist International buyers and sellers in French, Slovenian, and German. I have lived in the Chicago area as well as both coasts of Florida. My husband and I relocated to Naples in 2005, and have raised four children here in paradise.  Previously, I worked for ten years in corporate real estate for the Walgreen Company, traveling the United States analyzing new locations for the pharmacy giant. 

It is important to network with other professionals, therefore I am a member of the Naples Area Board of Realtors, the Florida Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®. I believe in constantly bettering myself through continuing education, and am a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), one of 3,500 real estate professionals working in 45 countries worldwide, and also am a member of The Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate. I am also Top Producer 2022, 2923, ranked #1 Individual Sales at my Brokerage, staging Specialist, and Mastery Negotiation Certified, Harvard Business School Online.

 

I am involved in local philanthropic organizations and fundraising, and especially have a passion for Habitat for Humanity, which I not only support financially, but volunteer in building homes. I feel that no matter how large or small…everyone deserves a home…it is the American Dream, the reason my parents moved to this country. 

 

My other passions include international travel, interior design, event planning, cooking, entertaining family and friends...and bringing people together in their new homes.
