Long Distance Agent We felt so lucky to have stumbled into finding Teri long distance to sell my parent’s home. They are 90 years old and in very poor health, so this was an emergency move! Hello, I’m Teri Tobar, a REALTOR® in beautiful Lake Havasu City, Arizona!  I am a Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) Designee, Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS™ and GUILD™), Certified Risk Management Specialist (rCRMS), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) and e-PRO Certified.  Licensed in California and Arizona since 1986, I have expanded my experience in different facets of the industry, which contributes to my ability to assist clients in purchasing and selling single family residences, vacant land, and investment property.  My concentration is mainly Lake Havasu City, but it also includes Parker, Fort Mohave, and Bullhead.
