Krystine Eppley, affectionately known as “Sweet Deals with Krystine,” is a rockstar REALTOR based in the greater Tucson area for Southern Arizona. With a wealth of 14+ years experience, she navigates the real estate landscape, specializing in assisting seniors during the downsizing process. Her journey in real estate includes eight years in multifamily property management and a role as a community liaison for placements in home health.
 
However, Krystine’s impact extends beyond transactions. As the 2024 President of the Tucson REALTORS Charitable Foundation, she spearheads a mission to uplift the community. Her primary goal is to raise funds for the foundation, achieved through education and engagement. Krystine ensures that the 20-plus members and affiliates understand the board’s initiatives, encouraging them to contribute & volunteer. The foundation, in turn, allocates quarterly grants to 501(c)(3) charities, making a tangible difference in the Tucson community. Her commitment to giving back is unwavering.

Krystine’s personal life is equally rich. She’s a devoted mother to two sons, shares her home with two yellow labs, and has been happily married since 2010. Originating from Western New York and now having lived in Arizona for over 20 years, she embraces the outdoors, indulging in off-roading, boating, and caping. Her passion for antiques & classic cars leads her to car shows all over Arizona.
