What do Clients Say?

Gilda was recommended to us by our daughter who had previously bought a house in the Flagstaff area. Gilda’s service was spectacular. She patiently took us from house to house, neighborhood to neighborhood. We had severely limited our search by looking for a property with a ground floor master’s suite, a two car garage and a neighborhood that was close to our daughter’s house. There were not that many properties for sale that met these criteria. This fact did not deter Gilda. She had a wealth of suggestions on how a property could be adapted to meet our needs. She was well versed on all of the neighborhoods where properties were for sale. Gilda was attentive to our needs throughout the entire search right through closing and beyond. She was interested in how we felt about our property after we moved in and made an effort to assure that all of our questions were answered. If Gilda did not know the answer to a question she researched it and got back to us with an answer or with a suggested office or person who could answer the question. When the COVID pandemic intervened, Gilda moved mountains to compensate for the many communication and travel challenges that we confronted. Throughout the process, Gilda was attentive, respectful, courteous and supremely professional. We feel very fortunate to have had Gilda as our Real Estate Agent, and we would recommend her highly to anyone needing a Realtor in the Flagstaff area.

Retired Couple: Luxury Market Vacation Home

We highly recommend Gilda as a buyer agent based on our great experience purchasing our dream home. As first time home buyers, she took the time to understand our needs and patiently explained the home buying process to us. Her in-depth knowledge of the Flagstaff neighborhoods and kind demeanor helped us navigate the crazy market in the middle of the pandemic. She made herself available to tour homes on short notice, kept us updated each step of the way, and looked out for our best interest throughout the entire process. We appreciated Gilda’s professionalism in the negotiation process and recommend her as your agent if you are looking to buy a new home.

About Gilda

As a licensed Real Estate Agent and Realtor®, my foremost priority is to provide my clients with the highest level of service. This entails not only knowing, appreciating and loving the geographical areas served, but is also a function of keeping up with the changes in the real estate market and taking advantage of training opportunities to optimally serve, counsel and inform clients. I am a firm believer that knowledge is power and every client deserves a full commitment from all team players starting with their real estate agent. Having earned a graduate degree in counseling psychology, with additional doctoral coursework beyond, it may not come as a surprise to learn that I cherish getting to know my clients. A full understanding of workstyles, needs, concerns, hopes and objectives allows me to provide a level of service that is personalized and best suited for the client. As a client advocate and liaison to all parties involved with the transaction, maintaining transparency, openly communicating and problem solving, as needed, are inherent to my workstyle. It goes without saying that I value trust and will put forth my best efforts to earn it.

I moved to Northern Arizona with my family in 2010. The reason for our relocation was related to my husband's work. With very little time on our side to explore our new destination, we decided to make the big move! Looking back, I was somewhat nervous and skeptical—not so much about my husband's new opportunity, but about moving to Northern Arizona in general. As it turned out, my husband, children and I felt at home and developed an appreciation for the area almost instantly. My oldest, who was in the fourth grade at the time, summed it up best. Only a few weeks after enrolling in her new school, she shared that it felt as though she had lived in Flagstaff her whole life. For her, the connections and friendships she had established in a short time felt very real and genuine. Northern Arizona, as we quickly learned, is unique on many levels. Really and truly, the special qualities start with the abundance of natural beauty, recreation and down-to-earth, friendly vibe resulting from the wonderfully diverse population of people who call it home. I feel quite fortunate to be working in a profession that allows me to embrace and serve our Northern Arizona mountain towns!
