Patricia Orange has lived in Jacksonville, FL since 2004 and specializes in residential home sales and property management earning the highest designation of the National Association of Realtors and equivalent of the Ph.D of Real Estate, Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), placing her in the top 2% of all Realtors in the Nation. Patricia also holds the CLHMS™ designation which assures affluent buyers and sellers that the agents who have earned it have the knowledge, experience, competence, and confidence they require with documented sales performance in the top 10% of their market. The Orange Group also manages a property portfolio valued over $20 million dollars. She graduated from Jacksonville University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. Patricia has been in the Real Estate Industry for over 10 years and was previously in the Banking Industry for over 10 years. Her goal is always to provide a professional and quality experience with each client interaction and ensure all of her client's needs are met. A top producer for Coldwell Banker Vanguard, Patricia is a two-time member of the Gold Club, a four-year member of the Wall of Honor, Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society based on her production and was awarded in 2016 the "Rising Star Award" for Jacksonville, FL. Patricia lives in the Mandarin area with her husband Lou who also is her business partner and 1 year old son Isaiah. She enjoys traveling, reading, and giving back to the community.
