Our original realtor basically told us we would never get our money back on the house as we had put in a new fence and made some other cosmetic improvements. Having closed on the house in November of 2016 we really only had a little over a year in the house and expected to barely breakeven. Don had a totally different opinion and he was right! Not only did we get what we put into the house, we closed for OVER our asking pricing with multiple offers. It takes connections, and marketing to get your property out there and Don does all of these to the extreme: video tours, marketing flyers, ads, etc. Your house is out there and offers fly in. All I can say is you will not find a more dedicated, trustworthy, hard working, and all around nice guy who will go over and way beyond to help you find your new home and or sell your property.
