About Traci

With 30+ years of experience in the real estate industry, Traci Nicodemus brings a wealth of knowledge and an infectious enthusiasm to everyone she serves. Traci and Eddie, her husband of 33 years, spent decades in the custom home business prior to moving to the brokerage side of the industry.

Traci started her sales career with RE/MAX 17 years ago and has been an Owner of RE/MAX franchises for over a decade and Broker/Owner for almost half that time. Her role in the brokerage has enabled Traci to share her extensive knowledge of the industry through mentoring and training agents, a role that she is deeply passionate about.

Recognized for her service and success, Traci’s honors include 2025 RE/MAX U.S. Broker of the Year, 2025 Texas RE/MAX Brokerage of the Year, 2024 RE/MAX Recruiter of the Year, 2021 GLAR Sue Weiscamp Meritorious Award, 2020 REALTOR of the Year, 2019 RE/MAX Hall of Fame

Dedicated to community and giving back to the industry, Traci is serving on the MLS Committee with the Greater Fort Worth Association of REALTORS®, is a certified Texas REALTORS® Instructor and is often invited to participate in various speaking engagements by builder and real estate partners. Traci served as a Texas REALTORS® Director in 2022, on the Greater Lewisville Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and was Board President in 2019. Traci is a graduate of the Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program.

Traci’s love for the RE/MAX organization, her passion for the real estate industry, and her extensive experience in home building are a natural fit for her leadership of the brokerage’s annual Children’s Miracle Network event, Burgers for Babies, directly benefitting Cook Children’s. More than just an event, it’s a legacy tradition at the heart of the DFW real estate community garnering Top Miracle Office recognition by Children’s Miracle Network and RE/MAX year over year.

Traci’s free time is spent spending time with her family, as well as leading in her church, interior design, and traveling with her husband and their two adorable yorkies.
