About Kim

Prior to his Real Estate career Kim Feltis spent 15 years in the Mortgage Industry and has a passion to connect his customers with concierge level service. He spent the first two years in Real Estate as a new home sales associate and has a vast knowledge of how the build process works and has relationships with many of the builders and developers in the area. Kim is an avid golfer and is well versed on the courses in the area. He has a passion for helping his clients find not just a home but their lifestyle. Kim is married to his wife Susi and has one son Brandon and his amazing French Bulldog Hobbs rounds out the family.
