About Mary

Allow me to tell you a little about my Real Estate Experience. I have a combined total of 25 years in various facets of the Real Estate business. My introduction to Real Estate started with my position as a Real Estate Law Clerk with Donald Archi's Law Office in Brantford, where I gained a thorough knowledge of the legal aspects of the business. Then I spent an additional 5 years working with Residential and Commercial Real Estate Appraisers both in the office and in the field. Later I worked part-time on the desk of Re/Max Twin City Realty Inc. in Brantford. When I decided to work toward obtaining my Real Estate license to trade in Real Estate I had already had at least 12 years in related fields. I commenced my Real Estate sales with Coldwell Banker Homefront Realty in Brantford in 2009 where I obtained an Award for "Rookie of the Year" Subsequently when I relocated to the beautiful Niagara Region I obtained the "Master Sales Award" in 2012 and 2013 and 2015 and obtained the "President's Gold Award" for 2014, 2016, 2019, 2021, and 2023. I also was proud to receive the Award of Excellence for 2019, 2020, 2021 & 2022 for Professionalism and Leadership. In addition, I studied and received a Certificate from CSP (Canadian Staging Professional) in 2016, and also successfully completed training with and obtained my CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist) in 2023. The best part of Real Estate is the wonderful folks I meet along the way and the reward of helping them achieve their goals!
