The last year of my life was a whirlwind and I would have not stayed grounded without Kim DeMars helping me with my real estate investment. First, upon moving to Nashville for a new job she helped me navigate the condo marketplace, she understood my needs and wants perfectly and found a strong list of properties to look at in my price range. We found the dream condo (in 3 weeks!), she negotiated the right deal on my behalf and found me a great mortgage lender option. It was perfect! Fast and seamless. Then flash forward 9 months and I lost my job due to Covid. I called Kim and she jumped into action weighing my options and getting my condo listed quickly. We decided to build as many options as possible with the end goal of finding a renter so I could hold onto the property as an investment. The marketplace was slow during Covid and my stress levels were high as I had relocated and was no longer in the same city. But she stayed close, worked tirelessly to market my place, even kept all of my plants alive! And 2 months later Voila! Rented to a great tenant secured for 12 months and hopefully longer.
