Charles is the GOAT at what he does! He is very professional and straight to the point! He is passionate, accurate, and punctual. My husband and I met with Charles one week and he told us what to do to get a buyer. We did just that and 3 days later (3 DAYS LATER!!!!!!!!) we got an offer!
