How can we possibly put together a review in just a few short lines to describe how wonderful Rebecca is. She has the most outstanding communication skills I've ever experienced with a professional. She never left us waiting for a reply, or wondering if a question was odd to ask. In fact, most of the time she had answers, before we had questions formulated! Her tenacity in dealing with some unprofessional moments we were met with, was nothing shy of incredible. Her determination to always make sure that she went above and beyond set the bar extremely high, and gave us a true view of what an integrity based realtor actually is. She is our go-to, and saying we highly recommend her services, is not enough to truly articulate how we feel about the work she did for us.

My wife and I can not say enough good things about Rebecca and Tim. They were our third and last broker - as they helped us sell our home. I say 'helped us' as that is exactly what they did - they made it feel like a team effort, with us as part of the team. They gave us the truth - not what they thought we wanted to hear. They WORKED hard, which was a welcome change and they seemed to 'get it'. In fact they also helped us find our new home!! We highly recommend Rebecca and Tim - in fact 'highly' is not a strong enough word as they should be the ONLY CHOICE! The Rebecca Kopel Team - should be a house hold name! Rebecca is a patient, knowledgeable and helpful realtor. Moving into a new home can certainly leave one feeling anxious and overwhelmed with all the questions. No stones were left un-turned, from top to bottom of every house we visited, Rebecca knew exactly what to look for and then beyond. Whenever offers were considered, each potential angle was discussed openly, and explored with great detail. Her communication skills are off the charts. Not once were we left to wonder about whether or not she had taken care of the next step as she was always ahead of things. By several steps! Although it took several months for us to find our perfect for us home, she was always ready willing and able to take us to the next showing. We had plenty of laughs along the way, many learning moments, and we were always made to feel like we were her number one priority, even when she had a full plate. Rebecca comes highly recommended by myself and my husband.

My husband and I recently sold his home with Rebecca and Tim. From the very first meeting to discuss the possibility of listing with them, to the day of closing both Rebecca and Tim were so much “more” then your average realtor ( I’ve sold a few homes). We needed to move 2 houses into one, meld two families and work full time. Rebecca gave us a timeline, arranged vendors for various jobs, Tim even did some work on the house for us! They were kind, patient and most importantly honest and realistic. This home sold in one week ( May 2019) over asking with multiple offers. This Team is your team and we cannot recommend them highly enough.
