About Debbie

Together with Debbie's luxury marketing techniques and her connections in the luxury marketplace, she has the opportunity to buy and sell the best properties both on and off-market.  She is known as a strong negotiator for her clients on either end of the transaction.

Debbie  met early success in her real estate career as an investor with both fix/flip and buy/hold properties. She has built a large network of real estate investors throughout the country.  If you have questions about non-traditional real estate transactions or wish to begin a real estate investment career, Debbie can help. If she doesn't have the answer, she has a team of attorneys, lenders, title companies, trades vendors, and realtors that can help.

As a prior teacher, Debbie found the transition into real estate a natural one.  She loves educating her clients on the real estate trends and process.  Her clients always come away with a  little more knowledge than they started with.

Since moving to Austin in 2014, she has become involved in her community through volunteering, church, and social clubs and has her pulse on what's happening in Austin at all times, making her a valuable consultant to new residents.

Her passion and dedication were also evident in her previous career as an elementary school teacher in Michigan where she retired early at the top of her field. Debbie is a travel enthusiast and a foodie. She enjoys all that Austin has to offer with the variety of restaurants, music scene, endless hiking trails, and boating on Lake Travis and Lake Austin. She is a cyclist and has joined a cycling group to traverse the many hills through both Travis and Williamson counties while earning dollars to support Breast Cancer. Previous fundraising efforts have raised thousands of dollars for the Make-A-Wish Foundation. She lives in Leander with her husband Craig and their dog Cash.
