We were referred to Lynne and Bill by our selling agent in the city we moved from. This referral was a true blessing. We first met Lynne and Bill in February of 2020 and moved in to our new build home in December of 2020. The process of finding our new home was fun and stress free with Lynne and Bill. We did not plan to build, but due to our changing circumstances it ended up being an option for us. My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Lynne and Bill Saunders to sell my mom's house. We met with them not long after she passed away and we so appreciated their caring attitude, their advice for moving forward, referrals they gave us. We always felt like we could text or call with a question and always got a quick response. When the house was listed in November, it was on the market for less than a week and we had an acceptable offer. Not only are they wonderful realtors, they are just good people! We would not hesitate to employ them again and we highly recommend them to anyone who is selling a house.

Lynne Saunders changed my luck. She sold my property for me and her "people" took care of the loose ends in such a professional but friendly and caring way, my whole experience became a pleasant adventure. I live out of state so my attorney in Gainesville FL gave me 5 names to help me in finding a real estate agent. I immediately googled, did some research, made 1 phone call. In 3 days it was on the market. In a few weeks there was an offer. One month later it closed. Thank God for overnight deliveries. I would recommend her and her "people" in a heartbeat. At home we say "friends always come in the back door". I wouldn't have it any other way even though we have never met but over the phone.

We moved back to Gator Country 13 years ago and LOVE helping other families find their home or sell their home. We were high school sweethearts and have been married for 38 years. We are both Native Floridians. I graduated from The University of Florida in 1983, with a degree in Psychology. We moved back to North Florida after college where Bill helped build and manage our family's business of gasoline, truck stops, fast food restaurants, and convenience stores. Over the years we have owned an apartment complex, built subdivisions, as well as several other businesses. Our two daughters and their husbands, Brittany (Justin) and Bethany (Reggie) along with our two grandchildren (Maddie and Liam) live close to us in the Gainesville area. 

Our daughter Bethany joined our team in 2022 and will be working as a trio team to assist in all of your real estate needs. Bethany has been working at UF Health for the past 7 years as an Occupational Therapist. She has truly enjoyed working with people her entire career and is looking forward to serving people in her community both in Healthcare and Real Estate alike. Real Estate has always been on her mind and is truly a “family business.” 

Bethany and her husband Reggie and their son Liam enjoy spending time in and around Gainesville as avid Gator and Disney fans. Personally, Bethany has bought and sold as a first time home buyer, as well as completed the building process on a new home. Empathy and building personal relationships has been a focus throughout her career. She is thrilled to take this knowledge into the home buying and selling process for her customers.
