Levon helped us buy our sixth house, so we have had many experiences with various realtors. Levon performed “above and beyond the call of duty,” to borrow a military term. From first contact on Zillow, he stood out above the rest: showing us what we asked to see! Sounds obvious but many realtors sent us links to house descriptions that were not of interest to us. Levon stayed on track showing us the homes and price ranges we requested. When we started touring the houses, his broad knowledge from building maintenance to remodeling stood out. He helped us flush out many concerns and ideas: Can we add a bathroom; Can we add a pool; What are some structural concerns we should want to know about; etc. And if he didn’t know, he would find someone who did know and get back to us promptly. When we finally picked a property, he made the transaction seamless helping us navigate price negotiations and the escrow process. He provided great information to lead us to a comfortable offer and negotiated strategically. When we finally moved in, he helped complete the maintenance “to do list” by providing and scheduling trusted, reliable contractors to preform services and...wait for it...he even came to visit after the sale to check up on the progress of our “to do list.” I don’t think that is in the job description of a realtor but Levon goes above and beyond! Since 2005, Levon has been active in the real estate and mortgage industry. Levon and his team truly have created a one stop platform for all their client's needs. Prior to Levon becoming a realtor, he started his career in 2005 as a managing partner of the Mortgage Wholesalers Group. During this venture, he served thousands of clients seeking mortgage services and became a mortgage expert.
