About Tracie

 I am a graduate of North Carolina State, with a BA degree in Sociology, and concentration in Criminal Justice. Broadening my education, I moved to Atlanta, Georgia obtaining a post-graduate certificate in paralegal studies. I practiced in the legal field for an insurance defense firm for many years, specializing in medical malpractice defense. I moved to San Antonio in 1983, and have resided in Garden RIdge, New Braunfels, and several locations in San Antonio.  I obtained my real estate license in 2005, and followed with my Broker's license in 2007, opening my own company.   In 2017, I obtained my Master’s Degree in Real Estate with distinction focusing on Residential Sales, Brokerage, and Marketing. I list and sell luxury residential properties, farm and ranch, and some land; also some commercial transactions.  I have also handled divorce and probate properties and testified in court. 

 I am a member of the San Antonio Board of Realtors,  having served as Chair and Vice Chair on numerous committees including the following:

I am a Director for Texas at the State level and will be an RVP in 2024.   I believe in continuing education to stay abreast of current trends and rules.  My designations include ABR, CRS, GRI, SRS, and LTG.
