Selling your home is a difficult task, selling and parting with the home that you and your three other siblings inherited from your parents, with all the favorable memories attached with it, is a much bigger undertaking. Add to that scenario, none of the family members lived in the Palm Dessert area, one actually living in Cincinnati, Ohio. Noting as well, all of the siblings were independent thinkers (senior citizens) not always in agreement on every step of the selling process. However, with the EXCELLENT assistance provided from our real estate agent KIMBERLY OLESON, the cherished family home was sold successfully within just three weeks, that included the listing, the showing, the negotiations, the complete move out, and the eventual funding and distribution of proceeds. Throughout the entire process Kimberly kept all of us informed on every step. She was competent, polite, poised, professional, caring and considerate.
