About Sandy

Sandy Tucker has lived and worked in Lake and Napa counties for over 40 years.  She has been involved in almost every aspect of community service from leading a girl scout troop to being the President of the School Board.  Working with seniors, vets and children has always been a passion and she has worked tirelessly to enhance the lives of these populations.   Real Estate was the natural progression of her career path when she obtained her license in 2014.  Her years in hospitality, event planning, running a 24,000 acre ranch/winery where she was able to secure entitlements, zoning and development of an 18 hole golf course and renovate 2 historic homes, co-write a book about Lillie Langtry and develop a hospitality program for sales promotion.  Years spent as the chair of the Middletown Area Plan Committee gave her great depth and understanding of the zoning and planning process.  She also opened and ran the Calpine Geothermal Visitor Center - did you know the world's largest steam field was located right here in Sonoma and Lake Counties? - where she developed curriculum and exhibits.  This added to 40 years of community service has given Sandy an exceptionally well rounded knowledge of her communities, which has proven to be an asset to her clients. 

In 2018 Sandy started NextHome In The Valley, a small real estate brokerage focusing on exceptional customer service.  Located on the main street of Calistoga with open air windows, stop in to say hi to their Living Logo, Buster, the French Bulldog who can be found lounging on his chaise in front of the windows.

Having always earned clients respect and loyalty, has led to most of her business coming from referrals.  Her standards of professionalism and integrity are what ensures her clients best interest is always at heart.
