About Danyell

Danyell Landreth, after initially starting her career with NextHome Beach Time Realty in the property management division, realized her true calling was working with buyers and sellers. A Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate since 2014, Danyell had already been instrumental in assisting other NextHome Realtors® in showing properties to potential buyers. She knew she had found her niche when she successfully completed her first sale, while the Lead Agent was out of the country. A Star Was Born! Danyell is now a full-time sales agent, property management consultant, and valued member of the NextHome Beach Time Team. Her years spent as the Senior Property Manager working in the vacation rental and property management team make her the ideal Agent for Buyers or Sellers wanting to buy or sell vacation rentals and second homes. Her familiarity with the area, from Tierra Verde to Indian Rocks Beach, allows her to quickly evaluate the potential of prospective properties.

Danyell and her husband moved to Florida from Indiana where, as is typical of most mid-westerners, hard-work was the backbone of her family and community. Danyell initially joined the NextHome Beach Time Realty team in the capacity of Property Manager. Simultaneously she was attending Indiana’s Ball State University full-time via their long-distance learning program to obtain her bachelor’s degree in Residential Property Management. Her customer service skills, honed to a fine edge in Indiana working in her parent’s restaurant as the General Manager, as well as participating in the management, acquisition, and sales of her family’s property management enterprises, were perfectly suited for managing a portfolio of vacation rental properties. She is both great on the phones and in email; but, she is even better in person! When working in real estate, the hours are long and there is no such thing as holidays and weekends. They are all work days. NextHome Beach Time Owners and Guests were always relieved when Danyell’s quietly confident voice answered the phone. Whatever it is that they needed, they knew that help was on the way! Danyell now gives this same due care and attention to her Sellers and Buyers.

During rare moments of down time, Danyell enjoys reading from the dock of her St. Pete Beach home, traveling, cooking and spending time with her husband, Ryan, and son, Josh.
