Chrissy was awesome in helping with the sale of our home and meeting our expectations in helping us meet our deadline in trying to sell and buy our new home at the same time. I adored her when I first met her. She is very knowledgeable of the market and answered all our real estate questions. She was very professional and attentive to our questions and explained everything thoroughly when we were unsure on something. From start to finish she made every effort in selling our home. We had our house off the market the day after she put it up for sale, it went that quick. With all the marketing of our home it had no problem selling quickly. She made the process in selling very smooth, some hiccups along the way but not on her end and she voiced every concern with us and updated us on the process with the buyer's end. I think the biggest difference between Chrissy and the other realtor's we have worked with is her consistency and genuine heart for helping her clients. She first sold us our house back in 2018, and I have no doubt that we would not have got that home without her. Period. But over the next few years as we renovated that home she would always stop by or text to check in. If a house in that neighborhood went up for sale she would go by and check it out just so she would have an idea of the value of our home. In 2022 my husband had a super quick turnaround for a new job and we needed to sell this house quickly. Because of her consistency she was already on it, and it was a little under 4 weeks from start to final sale with money in the bank, with an offer above asking price. She works for you, simple as that. She's now a close friend and I couldn't recommend her enough to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

I’m a Colorado native and alumni CSU Volleyball player! Playing sports my whole life has taught me to be competitive, feisty (when needed) and humble. I believe in meeting people where they are in the journey of life: listening, caring and assisting them in moving forward with their goals and dreams. I am a people-person, resourceful, and go above and beyond in anything I do. I have a creative mind and am solutions oriented. You’ll find me to be outgoing, optimistic, authentic and energetic! I started my real estate career in 2002 at RE/MAX . Outside of real estate, you’ll find me at the nearest coffee shop, teaching power yoga or spending time with my 3 children Emma, Sophia and Jacob.
