Originally from the vibrant Washington D.C. metro area, Erin graduated from the esteemed College of Charleston, further enriching her understanding of the local market dynamics. Returning to Charleston in 2016, Erin joined Radekopf & Associates, a reputable Residential and Commercial Real Estate Firm, before landing at Island House Real Estate in 2020.

In November of 2023, Erin earned her Brokers License and has since opened her own Brokerage, Ever Haus Properties, LLC.
