From the moment we asked Jerry to represent us for the purchase of our beautiful new home, he has been nothing short of extraordinary to ensure we experienced one of the smoothest and most efficient home-buying experiences in a lifetime. Professionally, Jerry was always engaged with us either via email, text, or phone call. Being knowledgeable was just the start. We knew that the moment we needed to ask him a question, we would get a response in a couple of minutes if not right away. As if he was reading our minds, he anticipated almost all the questions we had and even took the initiative on several occasions to ensure we were taken care of on items such as home warranty and repair quotes. He turned every bit of a question/issue into an opportunity for action. Jerry is a very responsible agent. One of the better examples was the fact that he poured over 20 condo and HOA documents to provide us key details that we might have missed during our review. On occasion, he would inform us of potential discrepancies and reach out on his own to address them. He instantly gained our faith and respect as someone who knew what he was looking for, providing us a peace of mind with the entire process. Lastly, Jerry is a thoughtful human being. My wife is 7 months pregnant, and one of the must-haves in our new home was a fully functioning HVAC system. The home's AC system was not blowing cold air. Even worse, the seller would not budge on providing us credit to fix the AC system upon closing on the home. Jerry went out of his way to provide us credit from his commission to at least cover some of the repair costs. Additionally, after closing day, he was kind enough to provide us one of his own personal portable AC systems so that we would at least have some cool air in our master bedroom. He also got us a gift for our soon to be born baby girl at closing. A great example of how Jerry has built his success around human relationships and not business transactions.
