Jennifer Hendry is the realtor you want to hire! My wife and I decided to go the route of purchasing a newly built home from the largest builder here in Florida. For those who think there is no need to have a realtor on your side (for new home builds), you are wrong. Jennifer helped negotiate with the builder to get us a number of extra add-ons for the home, as well as financial compensation from the builder when they messed up with installing something differently than we were originally advised. From start to finish, she was always had great tips of advice and pointers throughout the process. She was very patient with us as well, which can be hard to find with realtors in such a busy market. Thank you Jennifer for all your assistance in getting us into our new home!
