My wife and I met Alexis at an open house she was doing for one of her listings early last year. We were so impressed with her professionalism and enthusiasm that we immediately knew she would be the realtor for us when we were ready to sell our property. Six months later we called her out of the blue and listed our home with her. There were 5 other homes on our street with very similar floor plans. Alexis made our home stand out with her incredible eye for staging and furniture placement. Our home was the only one on the street to sell. It is all too easy to recommend Alexis as our real estate professional as our experience was a most enjoyable event. From setting up appointments, to scheduling pictures, posting listing, and maintaining open communication, Alexis excelled in each and every aspect of the transaction. Thru the home inspection, appraisal and closing, Alexis had our best interest in mind at each benchmark. Relocating is not only a physical event, but emotional as well. Personable. Friendly. Informative. Positive. Knowledgeable. Trustworthy. Supportive. Professional. These are just a few words I’d use to describe our new realtor, Alexis Zibolis. We had a very abbreviated time frame to relocate across the country and she went out of her way to find a list of houses to show us, all of which conformed to our personal requests. Although we were in a hurry to buy, she did not make us feel pressured to make a decision. She realizes how much of an emotional process it is to decide on a new home and went along the roller coaster ride with us. If her clients aren’t happy, she isn’t happy.
