My husband and I recently moved from out of state. Originally we were looking for a place to rent for when we moved to Pennsylvania and we were contacted by Nova after one of our inquiries. My wife and I cannot say enough great things about Nova! Using Nova for the purchase of our house was the best decision we could have made. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional and personable. She had our best interest in mind and was able to get us out of what would have been a disastrous purchase on the first house we put an offer in after the inspection identified issues in the house that the owners would not tend to. Most realtors would have given up after a deal that did not go through but Nova was dedicated to helping my pregnant wife and I find the perfect house to raise our child in.
