Being a part of a Top Producing team for her entire career, Laura has built the trust of her clients to get the job done.  With nearly 70% of her business coming from referrals and repeat clients, it further validates how Laura builds relationships and loyalty with all her clients.  Laura has been in the real estate industry for 5 years.  She started her career with Coldwell Banker in Chicago under Matt Shrake,  as his assistant.  Her personality and eagerness to get her license came quickly as she fell in love with all things real estate... the people, the process and the properties themselves!  Having grown up in the western suburbs, once she got married and started a family of her own, she found her heart leading her back.  Our team, the Shrake Group, was ready to expand further into the Chicagoland suburbs and Laura was just the person to grow our team out there.  She currently resides in Wheaton IL and manages clients all around the surrounding suburbs.  She is connected to her community and is knowledgeable of the schools, businesses, activities and history of the towns she's passionate about serving.  This shines through when buyers are searching and when sellers are ready to list, her guidance and kindness throughout the entire process is consistently recognized by all her clients !  Laura really enjoys spending time with her beautiful family (Husband, son, daughter and their adorable toy Maltese), she has a big family on both sides (Italian and Greek family mixed will do that!)  She loves traveling and exploring new places and restaurants  as well as supporting local and national charities such as the National Multiple Sclerosis Society which is dear to her heart.
