Look, going about selling/buying a home can be seen as simply a transactional experience, right? But if you are anything like us, we wanted something more out of the experience than just selling our house. Of course, we cared about the bottom line, timeframe for sell, marketing, etc etc etc. But it was about more than that. We wanted a partner in this process - we weren't looking for someone that was just about the transaction - we wanted someone who cared about the relationship. We found that with Claire and her team! Listen, our first call with Claire was very little about our home, instead it was about her hearing our story, talking about how much she valued our trust in her and her team...like this wasn't just transactional for her!! Wow - breathe of fresh air! There are lots of agents out there, we all have plenty of options....what differentiates Claire from the rest is she goes beyond the "buy/sell" and understands the bigger picture, the broader goals. We felt cared for throughout the entire process and always knew where things were. Cant recommend Claire enough... if you are looking for who to chose, this is where to go!

Claire and her team made navigating the whole "home selling process" a breeze! From the first contact through the final signature, Claire and her team were right there walking with us step by step. She is an expert in realty, as proven when I watched other realtors ask her advice and guidance dealing with the maze of paperwork. She is adept at sizing up a selling situation and explaining it in layman's terms so I could understand. Her strongest suit, I believe, is the way she never once "pushed" us toward a particular direction, but unfailingly provided all the facts and comparisons we needed to make a good decision. Then Claire takes care of business and makes things happen!!

With having to sell the home from a long distance and having to make several repairs, Claire was a tremendous resource for contractors and effectively coordinated the work that had to be done. She was aggressive in the sale of the home and was effective during the negotiations given the difficult buyers we had to deal with. Being across the country Claire kept us regularly informed, was very responsive, and is an excellent communicator. She helped clarify and explain things as needed and was on top of every step of getting the house up for sale through closing. Bottom line I don't think we could have sold the house as quickly or for the price without having Claire as our Realtor. I would highly recommended her.
