About Ryan
I have been involved in real estate for over 20 years now. I am retired from the US. Army as a combat medic. The medical field has always been my love, but real estate has always been my passion and my true calling. The best part about real estate is that I can help others and I love what I do everyday.
As a Realtor® with Veterans Realty, I have the distinct honor and privilege to serve the Southeast Coastal Georgia area, including Fort Stewart, Hunter Army Airfield, Hinesville, Savannah, Pooler, Rincon, Guyton, Richmond Hill, Townsend, Darien, Ludowici, Glenville, St. Simons, Jekyll Island and Port Wentworth. I have the honor of working with many clients who are in the military, and my referral base is growing quickly. I’m a very hard worker and I’m always available. My official hours are from 0700 to 1900 (7 a.m. to 7 p.m. 7 days a week) but I typically work 16-18 hour days. My motto is ‘Trusted, Caring, Professional Service,’ and I work very hard to be #1 in service, quality, communication, technology, and efficiency.
The amount of time and effort that I invest in each and every client distinguishes me from the competition. I spend a lot of time helping buyers find a home, showing them everything that matches their search criteria. I also try to find out as much as I can about my clients and their needs and preferences, so that I can find them the right place to live.
When it comes to marketing listings, I use every available method to maximize exposure. That includes subscribing to three different MLSs, which then syndicate listings out to all the major websites like Zillow, Realtor.com, and Trulia. I promote listings on the full range of social media, including Facebook, Instagram, and Google ads. I only use professional photography with aerial imagery and Matterport 360 degree virtual tours, ensuring that a home will look its best. There are many competitors out there, but I go above and beyond with my marketing, advertising, open houses, technology, and constant communication.
Community involvement is very important to me, and much of my involvement is through military organizations such as AUSA and the VFW. I also belong to three local boards of Realtors® and participate in community events. When I am not working or giving back, I enjoy being active in my church, as well as hiking, camping, and spending time with the family.
I am also very excited about my new website, www.veteransrealty.com, which is not your typical real estate website, it includes not just home listings but comprehensive and helpful information about the communities people live, work and play.
