Whether it is putting on shorts to help clean up homes before showings, conducting Open Houses, or coordinating with service providers to clean out homes and conduct Estate Sales, Christie is there every step of the way. Christie is a firm believer in listening to her buyers and sellers, and what their specific wants and needs are. She prioritizes them and facilitates the end goal of buying or selling a home.

Six years ago, Christie transitioned from a successful career as a Master Fitness Trainer with clients ranging from elite junior athletes, to individual professional athletes, and even the NY Yankees, to her current career as a premiere Real Estate Agent in the Tampa Bay area. In the last two years, Christie’s sales have gone from $2-Million to $7-Million putting her in the top 2% of Realtors in the entire state, and securing an invitation to join the prestigious Institute For Luxury Home Marketing.

Christie has supported, and still volunteers for charities in the Tampa Bay Area, including The Valor Service Dogs, FARA (Friedrich’s Ataxia Foundation) and the local ALS Association. Christie and her husband, Linford, have been married for 28 years. They have two children, 1 dog and 1 cat. A native of Long Island, NY, she has called Tampa Bay her home since 1992.
