Thank you very much Minoushe. You are the best! My son is a first time home buyer. Excited, intrigued and may be a bit scared of his upcoming responsibilities. As parents, we wanted him to have a good start and a relatively easier process and someone who can understand and guide him, and help him through the process of home buying. We staying half way around the world certainly made this a bit complex, with time zone differences. It was by chance that I was introduced to Minoushe by Tamara who had helped us with the car insurance. I was in Dallas visiting my son and met Minoushe in February and immediately fell in love with her by her honesty and the way she interacted with care and concern even though we were not ready to buy a house immediately. She has a very pleasant personality, took me around patiently, introduced me to many neighborhoods, educated me on the local housing market, and invested significant time and effort in building a relationship. She was not pushing me to make any decisions and I soon realized that she is the person that I felt completely comfortable working with. I had to travel back to India in March and COVID certainly made my return back to Dallas impossible. She continued to keep in touch with me with regular updates and with the prevailing historic low in the mortgage interest rates, we decided to move ahead with looking for houses this summer. Minoushe took the complete responsibility to help us without any hesitation or expectations. She also provided motherly advice to my son and I must confess that he did not miss me. Any house my son wanted to see, she would take him around, explained pros and cons of the neighborhood, house, location and any relevant information. She was extremely punctual and provided personal attention putting us at ease. Following each visit, she would call me diligently in India to update on the visit, collective opinion, market value, any relevant information and what would it take for us to proceed forward if we decided to do so. At no point in time she was pushing us in any way and left the well informed decision making completely to us. However, she would provide any help, guidance, getting a second opinion from a repair/maintenance person on any findings or questions we had. While I am still stuck in India, my son decided on a particular house and made an offer. Minoushe took him all the way through the process without any issues and helped close on the house in a record time. She also guided us for the finance part as well and introduced us to Kenia, who happens to be another gem of a person, who helped us complete the process. We had bought two houses earlier in the Boston area and we can unequivocally say that the experience with Minoushe has been the best so far. This experience also made my son at ease and removed any anxiety that he had earlier. Incredible service!
