Rita has been a life long resident of Chicagoland and lives in Glenview with her husband of 31 years, Al, and has three grown children, Mark, Paul, and Monica.  Their beloved pet, Teddy the Tibetan Terrier is one of the family's most cherished members.  Rita's interests include travel, fitness, martial arts (she holds a 3rd Degree black belt in Shotokan Karate), gardening, and cooking.  Rita has volunteered extensively for the Brookfield Zoo/Chicago Zoological Society as a Docent and has done significant fundraising with her Women's Club Guild for her church.
