Real Estate has been a lifetime career, which I am passionate about!  I have been licenced to sell Real Estate since 1988!  Much of my business is repeat clients or referrals from past clients, which I believe, speaks for itself.  With this being a life-time career, I now find myself working with 2nd & 3rd generation clients. 

I have run my own local Independent Real Estate Brokerage, Deerwood Real Estate Ltd. Brokerage since 2001.  Most of my career was spent selling properties in the Kitchener-Waterloo and surrounding Township areas.  Early in my career, I also sold properties in the Mississauga, ON area.  

I pride myself in being Professional, Skilled, Knowledgeable, Sincere, Honest, Trustworthy, and very Experienced.

I have extensive experience in marketing & selling country properties, with both large & small acreage.  These transactions are often more complicated than typical city properties on municipal services.

I take the time to get to know my Clients, determine their needs & requirements and establish & maintain mutual trust.

My Marketing program is customized to each property.  Every property and Client have unique needs & requirements.  I personalize my service for every Client.

Further, I work directly with my Clients. They are not delegated to another Realtor.  I am not part of a team of Realtors.  My Clients are important to me!

I am happy to recently achieve my Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation, along with the elite Guild recognition for my past experience in selling million dollar+ Luxury Properties.  I feel the CLHMS® designation, partners well with the Certified International Property Specialist Designation (CIPS®), to best serve my Clientele.
