I’m Rachael —
founder of Lilac Listings at RE/MAX Whatcom County and a lifelong Whatcom County local with a deep appreciation for exceptional homes, thoughtful design, and the relationships that shape meaningful real estate decisions.

Raised in a construction-centered household, I developed an early understanding of craftsmanship, quality, and the long-term value of well-built homes. Having lived throughout Whatcom County and now raising my family here, I bring both local insight and seasoned perspective to every client relationship.

With over 20 years as a full-time real estate broker, I lead my business with discretion, structure, and intention. At Lilac Listings, our approach is rooted in strategic planning, market fluency, and clear communication — ensuring each decision is informed, confident, and aligned with your broader goals. When I’m not working, I enjoy time with my family, skiing, paddle boarding, golfing, entertaining, and cheering on my children at the soccer field.
