Business Philosophy
Whatever your real estate transaction, you are dealing with a major asset and an emotional bond at the same time. Being able to bring value to both parts of this equation is how I practice. I believe that an agent's most important tool is to be able to listen well and communicate directly to help a client determine their critical needs and wants. Pricing, timing and emotion can affect these choices. My background in finance allows me to provide the analytical side of a deal by performing market analyses and home valuations for each situation. As a native of Nahant and longtime resident of the Northshore, raising children in the schools and sports, I can share my knowledge of the differentiating factors between the towns and draw upon my local resources to help problem solve. Lastly, having served as a fiduciary for many years, I understand and am capable of bringing the accountability, ethics and responsiveness necessary to your home purchase or sale.
