5 stars aren't enough to tell you how great Grace is! I have dealt with several real estate agents over the past 10 years, some good and many bad. Bad in that I believe they do not have any given client’s interest at heart. I must say beyond a shadow of a doubt Grace Gomes is absolutely the best!! I had to sell two houses remotely from hundreds of miles away due to my father passing away and being the executor of his will. Much of the stuff that is required to do, such as house repairs, occupancy certification, fire and carbon monoxide certification …etc. must be done in-person/on-site. Grace took care of them all for me. She even drove to the county clerk's office to pick up certificates related to the houses, which she most definitely did not have to do. I thought selling two houses remotely would be a pain, but Grace did everything she could to assist me. And all throughout, she was positive and friendly. She even found a contractor that did great work for a reasonable price. She also disputed an appraiser who came in low due to his error. And most important of all, she got me the highest prices imaginable for my properties. She is a great people person and a great organizer. If you want the best experience ever, give her a call.

Grace handled both my buying and selling of my homes. She honestly took us under her wing and treated us like we were family. In regards to searching for our new home, she carefully listened to what we were looking for and also made some great suggestions. Home visits were exciting and eventful. She never rush and asked all the right questions to prepare for the next visit. When we were ready and put an offer on our home, she was ready from the beginning to the end. Made sure everything from the mortgage, to inspections, and the attorney was good to go. Even came with us to the closing. Selling our home was just another wonderful experience. She helped us declutter our home. Made some honest suggestions to better our value. Walked through our home on several occasions to make sure we were ready for showings. Grace also should a lot of interest in how our house was rebuilt to answer the buyers questions as they came up. When the offers began to come in, she did not settle for us, she made sure we knew it was our decision and worked with us. I don’t know what we would have done without Grace. Not only was she our realtor, but she is now part of our family. I would definitely highly and with all respect, recommend her with all our hearts!
