About Beverly

Having grown up in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Beverly Wingard is a graduate of Oklahoma State University and the University of North Texas.  She met and married her husband, Glynn, while completing an internship at an upscale retirement community in Signal Mountain, Tennessee, and the two enjoyed living in Tennessee and Florida before relocating to Texas in 2005.  At that time Beverly and Glynn began working to build their residential real estate business together while raising their two boys.

A commitment to continuing education is exemplified by the fact that Beverly has attained the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designations.  She is honored to be a member of the Cartus Relocation “A Team” for Coldwell Banker Apex, Realtors and enjoys working with buyers new to the area and assisting sellers who are moving out of the area.  She is also privileged to help military service members and their families who are relocating in and out of the DFW area.

Whether clients are buying or selling Beverly is committed to providing top notch services in a relaxed and comfortable manner.  That commitment has resulted in many repeat clients who have referred friends and family to her for assistance over the years.  Beverly’s patience, persistence and attention to detail have served her well in assisting hundreds of clients achieve their real estate goals.  She sells five times as many homes in a given year than the average real estate agent in the DFW market and her 2020 listings sold, on average, at over 99% of list price.
