Wendy Welsh has lived, loved and enjoyed her entire life here in the center of Montgomery County; putting Montgomery County and surrounding area in the center of her heart. Growing up in the area she has watch these small towns grow from bedroom communities along the shores of Lake Conroe into one of the fasting developing counties in America. Flourishing with the area, Wendy was raised to serve. Commencing her real estate career as an independent appraiser, adding her real estate license, then to becoming the broker of Mariner Realty for 22 years. As broker she served as mentor and leader of a customer service driven team of highly experience agents; while handling a plump desk of her own.
In May of 2018 Coldwell Banker United paid the ultimate compliment as they acquired Wendy’s team of agents, office staff and realty firm Mariner Realty. Combined with the Coldwell Banker United Lake Conroe office this new powerhouse realty firm has become a market leader in Montgomery County overnight; while affording Wendy the ability to return to her original love, helping people clench their dreams.
