For example, this was a big transition for my parents, from their own home into independent living, and she was sensitive, respectful, and realistic in all her communications with them which was a big help for them and for the rest of the family. She went way beyond what's expected in dealing with ancillary details that made the process straightforward for all of us, including the out of town family.
