About May

Having traveled and worked around the world, May and Mark Elbourno bring a unique perspective to Hodge & Kittrell Sotheby’s International Realty and their real estate clients.

May began her career working for the American Embassy as a Childcare Development and Daycare Manager. She spent many years helping families who were looking to relocate to the United States. This strengthened her compassion and continued interest in helping others. Mark worked as an Information Technology Consultant for multi-international IT companies during which he honed his negotiation skills and built strong relationships at every level. Together the entrepreneurial pair later started their own successful IT consulting business with both US and Middle Eastern presence.

In 2019 Mark and May turned their attention to a new venture investment in real estate. Since then, they have been sharing their vast sales experience, exemplary customer service, and Triangle market knowledge with their many clients as The May Team. The personal focus on each individual client is the basis of their business.

May & Mark are Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialists and speak both Arabic and English. They are proud to have been nominated as Raleigh’s Best Real Estate Team of 2022 through The News&Observer.

Residents of Rolesville, NC their spare time is spent with their two children and two dogs.
