As a successful real estate agent since 2003, Lisa Anne Radding has learned that negotiation is a critical component and the key to a successful transaction. Between her previous career in technology sales and her years in real estate, Lisa has developed well-honed and effective negotiation skills which greatly benefit her clients. Lisa is affiliated with the Los Gatos office of Coldwell Banker Realty and serves buyers and sellers in the fast-paced and dynamic Los Gatos, Saratoga and Greater San Jose areas.

A graduate of San Jose State, Lisa grew up in Saratoga but has lived in Los Gatos for the past 25 years. She’s a member of the Junior League of San Jose and a certified yoga instructor with over 20 years of practice. When she’s not busy helping clients with their real estate goals, Lisa enjoys time with her family, yoga, skiing, hiking, cooking, and traveling.
