We really weren't sure what we were looking for, but knew we wanted to buy. Tracie knew of the house and property we bought, and showed it for us (on Easter Sunday). We had a few concerns about the property, and she didnt heaitate to set up and be there for inspectors and roofers at every turn! She even spoke with rhe seller on pur behalf to put their concerns to rest about the sale, and who their parent's home was going to. We were also worried about financing, and she sent us to a reputable lender, who helped us acquire the needed funds to purchase our home. There is room for the family, and extra space to play and garden AND have the small livestock, my kids need room for, for 4-h. We'll consult her we decide to purchase property every time!
