Working with Holly from day one has been a positive experience. We had no knowledge of the area and the process involved in having a new home built. She provided us with more detailed information that other realtors we had spoken to in the beginning and was the reason we decided to have her represent us. We currently live 7 hours away and Holly made sure to keep us updated on a regular basis including sending us pictures as the building progressed, which we really appreciated. Before deciding on having a home built, Holly went out of her way to go to locations and preview homes and send us videos of them. It was like we were there in the home and helped us to decide that we wanted to build. Holly played an important role in communicating our needs and issues to the builder during the entire process. She made this experience pleasant due to her upbeat personality and dedication to making sure that our needs were met. We will highly recommend Holly to others and will use her in the future if we decide to move again.
