About Kathy

Kathy Gagnon has a passion for real estate. After pursuing a degree in education and experiencing multiple corporate moves, Kathy realized selling beautiful homes excited her. Growing up in the sea side city of Portland Maine, Kathy could be found admiring the architecture while walking the cobblestone streets of the Old Port, strolling the streets of Freeport (headquarters for LL Bean), or visiting the neighboring beach towns , perimeter islands, and falling in love with the traditional New England colonials. She continues to visit Maine frequently as her family still reside there-treasured vacations for sure! Licensed in Pa since 1995 Kathy brings a fresh outlook to marketing and viewing homes with a keen eye.  Boasting a strong New England work ethic , Kathy's goal is to provide exceptional  customer service to her clients.
