About Nicole

I live in the North Beach area of Port Townsend with my husband, Chris, our daughter Savannah, and our Cockapoo puppy, Daizy. When I’m not helping people with their home and land needs, you can find me at the Community Garden, hiking the hills at Fort Worden, or paddling on the Straight.

I graduated from St. Joseph’s University with a degree in Sales & Marketing. My grandmother has played a vital role in my passion for real estate, and soon after graduating she encouraged me to make my first investment. That was 19 years ago, and I have been involved in real estate ever since! 

I am passionate about continuously educating myself to improve my knowledge and services for my clients. Most recently, I completed a course to become a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), which included hours of negotiation training. I loved that class! I also completed the Certified Luxury Specialist (CLS) course last year. Both certifications required significant sales qualifications in order to be invited to take the courses. I specialize in single- and multi-family homes, condos, and investment properties.

I have learned a lot through nearly two decades in real estate, and my key takeaway is your investment really comes down to your desired lifestyle.
