About Monica

Monica has been actively involved in buying and selling homes in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland since 1984.

For the last 40 years she has successfully handled countless transactions, ranging from condo sales to million dollar properties, investment properties, land assemblies and project marketing, not to mention assisting clients across the country through several National Relocation Centers.

Born and raised in Genova Italy, Monica holds dual citizenship ( EU ) and is fully bilingual.

As an International Investor, and part of a Real Estate Family with extensive Investment Holdings, she looks forward to assisting you in either purchasing or selling a Real Estate Asset, be it your Home, Investment Property, or a Referral.
