We have had an amazing experience with Jenny Hensley @ Raleigh Custom Realty. We were straddling the fence on listing our home pre-pandemic, not quite ready with a list of action items to handle prior to selling. We ended up taking the year to improve our current property so that we can be ready to list in the coming months. Jenny has been beyond patient and helpful through this entire process, which quite frankly most RE agents are only interested in the quick sell.
