Margaret Zahner, P.A., is a Luxury Property Specialist and longtime Putnam County resident who has spent 39 years helping buyers and sellers navigate waterfront and historic homes along the St. Johns River and Crescent Lake.

A consistent top producer with Coldwell Banker Ben Bates, she has closed more than $150 million in sales. Clients work with her for the kind of local knowledge that only comes from a lifetime on these waters: every bend of the river, every canal, dock depth, flood consideration, and historic district nuance from Welaka and Satsuma to Palatka, Crescent City, Fruitland, Georgetown, San Mateo, and Pomona Park.
