I highly recommend working with Nick without any hesitation! My husband and I are busy medical professionals who moved to the area from out of state and are grateful we found Nick as a realtor. Nick is knowledgeable about different neighborhoods as a recent transplant and helped us decide from the very beginning between a single family home and condo. As first time home buyers, we had many questions both small and large that he always quickly answered. Our home buying process included searching Zillow listings for about 6 months and his affiliation with Coldwell Caine Banker gave him access to unlisted homes which was an added bonus. In the final 3 months of our search, we visited Greenville every 2 weekends or so to look at homes in person. When we weren't visiting, Nick video-conferenced houses that fit our wish list at our convenience. Nicks enthusiasm for Greenville and optimism during our housing search was critical to keeping us sane during this process! Ultimately, the house we settled on was one that I know we got because of his quick communication with the seller's agent - in fact, he was the first agent scheduled to view our home on a Sunday morning! He clearly communicated the pros and cons of our selection before we visited in person and put in our offer hours after we decided to. While our house was under contract, he arranged for all inspections and effectively negotiated on our behalf and we received everything we asked for! Since that time, Nick has continued offering us opportunities to integrate into our community by sharing local events. His patience, vast knowledge of homes and excitement to help us find our dream home were invaluable as a first time home buyer. If you are looking for an agent who will actually take the time to learn about you and what you are looking for in a home but within a larger company such as Coldwell Caine Banker, he is your guy! Nick raises the bar on what it means to be a real estate agent. We are pretty sure he created a new category for excellence. My husband and I were first time home buyers, moving across the country, and buying a home during a pandemic. Nick went above and beyond to help us in the search and made sure we found a home we truly loved. Despite all that was going in the world, he was very calm and made sure our move would be smooth sailing. First, he personally showed us around town and made sure we got a sense of the different areas. He genuinely wanted us to find a place we loved so he took his time to show us around, answer our questions, and give us time to process. He never seemed rushed or in a hurry. He was very present and attentive throughout the entire process. In fact, he caught details (i.e., cracks in ceilings, humidity issues, crawlspace problems, etc.) that made us better informed buyers. His attention to detail is second to none. When we found our home, but couldn't be there in person during inspections, he was there on our behalf to ensure all repairs were done in time and done well. Seriously-- he even went back to the crawl space 3 times to ensure things got done. Most importantly, Nick was honest, attentive, and made the home buying process fun. For future buyers, please read this review! My fiance and I recently moved to the Greenville area. We had the pleasure of working with realtor Nick Zappitelli from Coldwell Banker Caine. From the start, Nick went above and beyond in finding our dream house. We looked at many properties in the course of a few months. Even though we were out of state, Nick would go to possible house locations for us and would record the layout of the home. He would then give his expert advice on which house he felt matched our preferences. After seeing a lot of homes together, Nick found a recent new build that was put back on the market. My fiance and I fell in love with the house and we quickly put a bid in. Nick is extremely knowledgeable on the housing market and was able to negotiate a better price on our behalf! I would highly recommend Nick Zappitelli and Coldwell Banker Caine to any future buyer as he has your best interests at heart. Plus, he's an all-around great guy.

I can't begin to tell you what an amazing realtor Nick Zappitelli is. We had very limited time to visit South Carolina and had to squeeze in as many house visits as we could. Nick had picked so many amazing properties, it was hard to choose or favorite...they were all exactly what we were looking for in a house. He listened to every request both my wife and I had and studied every home he sent us. We had to bring our 2.5 year old and 2 month old...Which as you could imagine was challenging. While my wife and I would walk the homes, Nick would play with our son Tucker to help keep him occupied and happy. Imagine driving 6 hours with a 2.5 year old, then driving and visiting homes for 3 days straight. He even helped changed diapers! He is just all around a good person, and has a great personality. The house we loved the most was in a river, and while we had to drive back to Virginia to work on closing our old home, he would stop by our new home and take pictures, check out the river level when raining, and give us progress pics on the new build. He even remembered a specific toy our son found at a house we looked at, and bought it for Tucker (our son) as a gift when we were at closing. If you are looking for the perfect realtor, look no further. We are so in love with our new home, and we have Nick to thank for it.

About Nick
The son of a custom home builder and teacher, I’ve grown up with a vast knowledge of homes and an appreciation for education and communication. Those passions have stuck with me from my early days, through grad school, to becoming a senior leader of an international company, and into my real estate career. Whether I am buying/selling a home that is a million dollars or hundred thousand dollars, I want to properly educate and prepare my clients for every step of the process.
